Koha hides the baskets that have been completely received. I think the idea of the display right now is to show you everything that has something you are still waiting for.

We could probably have an additional filter to only show the open baskets, but I think the current implementation also makes sense. A change should probably be configurable/optional.

Thanks. I am by no means an expert to the workflow of Acquisitions, but I know we are keeping them around for a reason, and that makes perfect sense. Which is why I didn't just remove them from the list.
