[Bug 10579] New: Days in Advance cannot be set for Advance Notice in messaging prefs

When set to one, the takes_days allows you to set the "Days in Advance" I cannot find a way to activate this for the "Advance Notice" message type without manually altering the table to reset takes_days from zero to one. Which version are you looking at? Did you install all the mandatory SQL files when running the web installer? My apologies. Because other notices, like item due or checkout, cannot possibly be sent in advance, does that "Days in Advance" selector get discarded?
