We only need to have a "#, read-only" line before the msgid https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/checks.html#custom-checks Which kind of strings would we want to mark as such? There are a bunch of names from the "About" page that could be candidates, perhaps? For example: "Brimbank City Council, Australia".
