Staff always received a “New Purchase Suggestion Email” notice from the same record every exchange status to “Accepted” and “In-Ordered”. The notice for “New Purchase Suggestion Email’ should be received once after patron submits the purchase suggestion form.

Staff are receiving a new email every time the status of a purchase suggestion changes and also when staff have declined a suggestion.
