I'd be happy to display the history on one tab, provided the Status is displayed. In the staff client at /moremember.pl I'd suggest inserting the Article Requests History tab below the Reserves History tab and in the OPAC at /opac-user.pl, below the Your Reading History tab. Display of article request history in the staff client could follow the 'intranetReadingHistory' system preference.
