Description : A new system preference will be added : "MaxNumberReminders". It will set the maximum number of notifications the system can send. This preference will affect the number of tabs in the « Overdue notice/status triggers » tool. We are going to change the ergonomy of « Overdue notice/status triggers » tool. We will remove the tab sytem to have every rules in one page.
