I've also noticed these inconsistencies and I think this would be something good to fix. It seems to still exist in the 19.11 schema.

Another thing I'd like to see changed is to expand the street number field. It is currently limited to 10 characters. This is a problem as we have seen some long numbered addresses as of late, for example 'Unit 12/6 130-136'.

If this is scope creep, I apologise, and I'm happy to open a different bug report depending on what is decided here.
