Engard <nengard@gmail.com> --- I think this is a larger problem ... use restrictions is part of the marc item record and so it's there, but it shouldn't be there if we aren't using it for actually restrictions in cataloging. I'd say have it display in parens like you have shown and it's up to the library to make the notes make sense with the loan/not for loan status. I'd then create a new bug to say that use restrictions should be considered in some sort of way by the circ rules.
