[Bug 3033] New: Holds "Waiting to be pulled" falsely implies that items are available
http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3033 Summary: Holds "Waiting to be pulled" falsely implies that items are available Product: Koha Version: HEAD Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: OPAC AssignedTo: jmf@liblime.com ReportedBy: oleonard@myacpl.org QAContact: koha-bugs@lists.koha.org Our patrons are confused by the language on opac-user.pl used to describe holds which are pending. All pending holds, whether they are available or checked out, display "Item waiting to be pulled." To our patrons that means that the item is on the shelf and is waiting only for us to go to the shelf and retrieve it. "Waiting to be pulled" would be good language to use if the OPAC distinguished between items which are available and items which are checked out. Otherwise a more neutral "Pending" would be more appropriate. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
