Galen provided us with three patches that solved the issues but they needed more testing. On the stable branch we can't apply tmpl_process3 to the staff templates. The problem was on processing marc21_field_007.tmpl. We found that the patch Galen provided solved the issue so I'm asking for it to be backported.
