[Bug 3938] New: Cannot Search Authorities After Upgrade

I am able to see the authorities by entering their unique URL (staff and opac) but I cannot search for authorities - I am always presented with a 'no authorities found' message. I have rebuilt zebra several times and can search for catalog records - and the logs for the rebuild process show no errors. There is nothing in my log file - not even after trying to search a few times. What I did was plug in the unique URL for an authority record - I then had it open and copied the name and searched for it (seen above) what I get is NO RESULTS after searching for a record that is obviously there. I have rebuilt zebra and can find my bib and item records with no problem.
