I'm afraid you'll have to reproduce step by step what you did, because I can't fix it for instance... I did : - login in OPAC with patron A - login in intranet as librarian B - check that book X is not issued - in OPAC, reserve book X - in librarian interface : Koha >> circulation >> issue >> patron C >> barcode X >> warning "confirm the issue because it's reserved by A" >> un checking the "cancel reserve" & confirm the issuing >> issuing done - going back to OPAC => patron A still has book X reserved. - going back to intranet => search book X => request => can see patron A has a reserve on this book so what differs between us ?
