If the holds queue table shows an item-level hold the barcode column contains the specific barcode to be pulled. If the hold is not item level, the barcode listed may be one of many which are available.

If the date last seen is shown in a separate column I'm concerned that it will be unclear that the date refers only to the barcode listed. Maybe I'm being pedantic and it doesn't really matter?

I'm not sure I understood your comment as we only allow our customers to place title level holds and what I'm suggesting is for only the hold queue that is seen by libraries for pulling items from the shelf when an item has been selected by Koha for this.
