To reproduce:

- Add (not edit) a new item - Right click e.g. on "Search" in the top menu bar - Status line shows .../cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl# - In context menu, choose "Open link in new tab" Result: New tab opens with "Internal server error"
