The only remaining one I see is related to script-generated input values, such as on the advanced search page: <option value="1=9523 >i" >Popularity (Most to Least)</option> <option value="1=9523 <i" >Popularity (Least to Most)</option> The < and > symbols cause validation errors. I've tested a page that replaces those with > and < and the form behaved as normal, so I think those could safely be changed in the script.
