It says Processing. But no results or errors are coming. Log file also has no information. if I give a cardnumber in search box its redirecting to that patrons page directly. Does either the name or Notes field contain non-latin letters, apostrophes or similar? The "Patrons found for" doesn't match with the search box on the left in your picture, it limits the patrons to start with the capital letter M. I have searched using the search criteria on left side and also with the first letter. Good day, I am having the same problem. I attached screenshot in developers mode.
Since the failure is in the API request, could you check on the server side plack-api-error.log and plack-error.log files?
