QA Comment: Quite impressive changes to incorporate auths into import functionality. Code looks good to me. Did not test, refer to signoff. I will upgrade the status, but with the note to RM that with these changes it would not hurt if we had yet another signoff or two :) It includes an atomicupdate to be pasted into updatedatabase.
