Allow for permanent deletion of a patron's reading history (except for items currently checked out). If the new syspref AllowReadingHistoryAnonymizing is on, in staff mode, this feature add a radio button option in patron edit to disable a patron's reading history. In the OPAC, on the My Reading History tab, the patron can choose to disable the reading history.
