To reproduce: 1. Have an exported framework file. 2. In Administration > MARC bibliographic frameworks try to import it into Default framework. 3. In Administration > MARC bibliographic, from framework menu on the right, prepare a csv file with framework export. 2. Try to import the fili into Default framework. 3. This should fail, with a redirect to a strange looking page, and with lots of errors in the logs. 4. Apply the patch ; restart all. 5. Repeat p. 2.
