From my testing it appears that claims return in a patron account operates differently than the checkouts and holds tabs. Instead of tabbing through results when clicked, clicking on claims returns populates results towards the bottom of the screen. When there are checkouts, staff have to scroll down to find those claims return results. The results also stay on the screen, so in a case where there are no holds, clicking on that tab will appear to display only
