Is there any way to make the configuration of the ILL module more user friendly? I wish I didn't have to go in the conf file and on the server to configure it.

Here are some suggestions

- Tab in system preferences for all ILL configurations - Make StaffRequestComments (hide/show) a sys pref - Make ReplyDate (hide/show) a sys pref - Make DigitalRecipient (borrower/branch) a sys pref - Make PartnerCode (text entry, with by default ILLLIBS entered) a sys pref - In Tools or Administration, add a page with a form to add backends with our own providers

So far, I've only been able to enable the ILLModule sys pref and create the database tables, so I don't really have any suggestions for the other parts... I will add them once I figure out the rest.
