We get distracted, the phone rings, a customer asks a question, we aren't paying attention... Also there are many times that I walk up to an unmanned computer and I see a message like the one below. If someone uses that workstation without confirming, then the hold shows as "available". Proposal: To add a systempreference, AutoHoldConfirm, that if on, will automatically mark holds as waiting at checkin. If they are on hold at the branch they are being checked in at.
