Oops, the first patch was accidentally left over from previous iteration. Should be fixed now.

Figured is was something like that. It applies fine now.

A couple of notes. The test plan says port 9999, but the config file has changed that to 2100.

Also, the test plan doesn't mention anything about the location of the config, nor the location of the pqf.properties (referred to relatively in the config.xml).

It wasn't hard to figure out what to do about it, so no worries there, just thought I'd mention it.
