Koha does support search in various scripts, one thing you might want to check is that you are using ICU indexing. I was version 3.18 and it worked, but after upgrading to version 3.20 inetrfeyse search administrator stopped to perceive Russian titles of books and an error that I sent you above. In the search for the user interface works normally. The user interface library Cyrillic search works fine. Once again, it started when I updated from version 3.18 to version 3.20.
