They should either be Last, First or First Last (without a comma). Engard <nengard@gmail.com> 2009-12-03 16:35:37 --- Either way there is a design issue then - if I click on 'E' on the patron page I expect to see the results listed with the things that match the 'E' first -- so E should show me all patrons with the Last name of E and then Last name should be first -- or it should show me all patrons with First name of E and then First name should be first. Everywhere else where we list patrons, we list them in order by last name. For instance, the circulation autocomplete dropdown, the list of suggestions in circulation if you search by name. And I think Nicole is right: the search by letter links search *surname* for '[letter]%'.
