It seems to be able to do this without mapping column headers to a specific tag. However, the resultant record only contains a title, which is not a useful bibliographic record. It would be helpful to possibly incorporate the ability to match column headers to MARC tags like the plugin tool. The example file from bug 34788 contained additional record content like an ISSN, 856 URL, and potentially other content, but only the title was used for the record. Even if the vendor does not supply a complete record, this partial record is still more useful if it makes it into the generated bibliographic record. This may be possible if there was a way to map the column headers.
