Here are some first things you can do: * The patron search is API driven. Does the table of libraries configured load in the administration module? (another place where the API is used) Please provide the more information how to check the table of Libraries configured in the administration modeule. Everything loads in the administration module. * Provide the exact version of Koha you are using. I am currently using 24.05 & 24.05.01 and the issue is same in both the versions.
