It's also missing a lot of information we would need to help you. If Koha 3.4 is the right version set above, this is a very old version and it's unlikely that someone would fix the bug as no more bugfix releases are made for this version. Trying to guess - the records from the reservoir never appear in your catalog. They are to be used for cataloguing and can only be searched from within the cataloguing module.
