I am not sure how this could be solved, but it probably needs to be part of the release workflow, pulling the release notes created until a certain moment in.

It looks like release notes are included in misc/release_notes now, so this one is probably invalid. However, it looks like only Koha 3.x release notes are added into Debian packages... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
