I think I'd either not display it, if there is no more information to show or show the other entries with 0/no - 5.00 due = To make it a little easier to translate, I suggest to change it a bit, maybe 5.00 due in fines and charges (if that is English...). Single small words with multiple meanings are often hard to translate right. Making it more specific would help.
