When I set the Acquisitions Preference gist to 8.75%, it displays in the order Accounting details as 875.0%

Since the description of the preference includes the correct format ("Enter in numeric form, 0.12 for 12%") I think this aspect of the bug is invalid in master.

When I set the Acquisitions Preference gist to 0.0875, it displays in the order Accounting Details as 8.8%
