I created an account and set a password for them, but they can't log into the Koha staff interface." It's almost always because they haven't assigned the new person any permissions. If a staff person has a Staff patron category type and no permissions are assigned, it would be nice if there was some kind of alert on moremember.pl that would prompt the administrator to assign permissions.
