1/ There are still occurrences of 'aqbasketgroup.closed' in tests.

These are not references to the deleted SQL column, it's a hash key that is set by GetBasketgroup and GetBasketgroups (depending on the value of closeddate), and it's also understood by NewBasketgroup and ModBasketgroup (to set closeddate correctly).
