To test (you must have some late orders...): A. With a user with order_manage permission Go to lateorders.pl page Check you can display the basket by clicking on the basket number displayed in "basket" column B. With a user without order_manage permission Go to lateorders.pl page Check there is no link around the basket number displayed for each order M.
