It's not just about when one person's permissions change. When you have a large library system with all sorts of different permissions, it's confusing for staff to see one person's screen, then go look at theirs and all their stuff is in a different place. It's also a problem when doing tutorials/screenshots and having different layouts. We see this particularly in new Koha libraries and I am reluctant to add one more variable to what is already overload for them.
