Test plan 1) Hitting 'Help' on any tab except for 'Local use' should lead you to the globalpreferences section of the manual for your Koha version. 2) Hitting 'Help' on the 'Local use' tab should take you directly to the 'localusepreferences' manual page. NOTE: I have now updated the manual build pipeline to remove renamed/deleted files so prior to this patch you should now see a 404 response when clicking Help from these pages.
