This does not show when the item is waiting at a different library. Specifically when the arrived hold is at a different library than the logged in library. To Test: 1. Go to moremember.tt and make arrived hold on patron account 2. Log into a different branch than the arrived hold. 3. Notice the missing WaitingSince date. 4. Apply patch 5.
