I've fixed it) I bet EUR10 that your problem is due to root/non root upgrade : the /etc/koha.conf can be read by apache and root only. It contains the login and password. Moreever : the MARC definition should be skipped (N and non 2), as the MARC setup has already be done in 2.0.x.
