If the setting "Suspension charging interval" is 2, they are not charged if they are only one day late. They are charged if they are 2 days late. I think that we shouldn't change it with this bug. Libraries are certainly used to this behaviour and to my opinion, this rules should be kept when calculting suspension for loans in hours.
