Please Define One." does that refer to Notices? Currently the message "The list of expected issues is displayed" only appears if there are no letters defined. Is this correct? Or is that simply describing the output of <!-- TMPL_LOOP name="missingissues" --> ? Is the drop-down list supposed to list vendors as defined in acquisitions?
