I tried to use the username and password of bywater to try out the staff interface provided by ByWater Solutions (USA), but it did not work. It kept on showing "Error: Invalid username or password." I also tried the version provided by Equinox Open Library Initiative (USA), with the username and password provided, and it did not work neither. Please help.
