Dear Team, I have set "finesMode" to Calculate and Charges, but even though the Fine is not calculated, it doesn't show under individual patron pages. I have checked the koha-common Cron job on the server is running fine with any error. I have created the Circulation & fines rule as suggested by Koha Wiki. I have checked the logs files bit nothing is generated that points to any issue. I do not know if this is a bug or if I have more settings that needs to be done on koha to make this work. There are several things that can prevent fines from being charged: * Is today a holiday in your calendar? * Is the correct circulation rule applied? Where fine, fine interval, max fine and grace period set correctly? If the fine interval is not 1, is the fine to be charged at the beginning or end of the interval? The Librarian create multiple libraries which I was not aware of. I applied the rule to each library and the issue got resolved.
