From our point of view replacement costs have nothing to do with invoices so it just isn't helpful here. Why does the total column show the amount from the order? In this case the order amount entered was $240.35 but the actual amount from the invoice was $236.47. Not sure if it's an exact duplicate, but I believe it is resolved by bug 11844 (at least partially: actual cost being shown on invoice details page instead of rrp & estimated cost).
