[Bug 3131] New: form inputs should match database widths
http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3131 Summary: form inputs should match database widths Product: Koha Version: HEAD Platform: PC OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 Component: Templates AssignedTo: oleonard@myacpl.org ReportedBy: galen.charlton@liblime.com Estimated Hours: 0.0 Following up on a comment Owen made to patch submitted to fix bug 3100, there are some issues with form inputs to think about: [1] In general, form inputs should allow data entry up to the width of the corresponding database column. [2] It would be nice to find a way to not have to manually update the templates every time a column width cahnges. [3] For purposes of visual design, sometimes it's nice to have the form input (as displayed) be shorter than the maximum width of column. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
