It doesn't mean Koha fails to work on Ubuntu 14.04. I have the same error with Koha 3.16 installed at Fedora 20 (x_64).
If you repeat make test multiple times and eventually you get just test 6 failing, I would continue with the make install, though this is still a bug that needs to be addressed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
