Please advise if this is an issue in HEAD. As far as I can tell, the acquisitions user permissions are present the install SQL scripts and in updatedatabase.pl DBrev 3.01.00.080.

The are also inconsistencies between permissions loaded for an 'en' and a 'fr-FR' installation - en/mandatory/userpermissions.sql contains 38 permissions - fr-fr/1-Obligatoire/userpermissions.sql contains 35 permissions.
