I have set it so that DVDs cannot be put on Hold and while this works, the fact that there is a button there to Place Hold - is confusing. You can click it and nothing happens - so the button really shouldn't be there. It would also be better if there was a more explanatory note - other than there are no copies to put on hold. If AllowHoldPolicyOverride is ON there should be a note explaining why there is a caution sign on the place hold button.
