For large libraries, it makes more sense to send the hold request to the branch email rather than the KohaAdminEmailAddress. Is there a way to prioritize the branch email? Then, if it's empty, Koha will send the message to the admin email. Right now it should be using he patron's home library and KohaAdminEmailAddress only as a fallback. Alternatively the pickup library could be used. Right now you'd have to change the branch address, but if they don't want to change their branch email for whatever reason it would be great to be able to specify.
