Patch pushed. Please test and close.

Note that in order to completely clear a row, the intervals must be set to blank, the letters to 'no notice', and none of the debar checkboxes should be ticked.

This is still not working as intended. Have an example on a db where this patch was pushed that when following instructions above, the system does not make the changes and resorts back to the previous values.
