How can we establish a new account to use the system again. Or do we need to abandon our account and start again. Are you self-hosting your Koha or do you have a vendor managing it for you? Yours is more of a support question, and we typically use Bugzilla just for reporting software bugs and enhancement requests, so I'd ask you to consider one of the options from https://koha-community.org/support/ If you're having trouble logging in, you'll probably need to reset it from the backend. I can send you more details about that.
